    Payments

    Payment to be made through PayPal.
    I accept direct bank transfers from UK accounts if preferred.
    Once payment has cleared I will ship the item.

    Shipping from United Kingdom

    The quoted prices are for standard delivery through the Royal Mail. If you require faster delivery (ie next day), guaranteed/trackable delivery (ie signed for), or a higher value of insurance please let me know and I will help organise this at additional cost.

    All items are in pristine condition and packed safely and securely prior to shipping.

    I'm afraid that I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, other than providing proof of sending. It is the buyers responsibility if they wish to claim compensation from Royal Mail or any other carrier.

    I cannot offer refunds on personalised items.

    If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your own cost and I will refund the value of the item (minus shipping).

    Do you accept custom orders?
    Yes! If you have an idea or a special design you want to create, please send me an email and we can design it together.

    How will my item be sent?
    Items will be sent as regular post via Royal Mail. If you require tracking number or next day delivery, please let me know when you place the order. If you haven't require specifically pay for tracking, orders will be sent by standard mail which doesn't provide tracking number. Thanks.
